We started Async for one reason: to build something great.

Building is something special to us.

It's more than just writing code, resolving tickets, and checking off tasks. It's a way to imagine possibility, to envision the world as it should be and to make it a reality.

We're builders. We build products that solve problems for people. Building is what we want to do, but we don't always get to do it.

We're often trapped by the urgent: work that we have to do, but isn't that important to do. Bug reports, UI tweaks, and implementing features we've already done dozens of times.
